Enrol your children in schools or go to jail – Senate bill
The Senate has passed for first reading a bill that recommends a fine of N50,000 to parents who default in providing their children with primary and secondary school education.
The Red Chamber also recommended free meals for every child in the country.
The bill proposed by Senator Orji Kalu titled, ‘Compulsory free Universal Basic Education Act 2004, Section 2’ states that every government in Nigeria shall provide free, compulsory and universal basic education for every child of primary and junior secondary school age.”
The act further states that “Every parent shall ensure that his child or ward attends and completes his primary school education and junior secondary school education by endeavouring to send the child to primary and junior secondary schools.”
“The Act further states that stakeholders in education in a local government area shall ensure that every parent or person who has the care and custody of a child performs the duty imposed on him under section 2(2) of this Act.”

The act further noted that a parent who contravenes the earlier prescription should be liable, on the first conviction, to be reprimanded.
“On a second conviction, a fine of N2,000 or imprisonment for a term of one month or both; and on subsequent conviction, to a fine of N5,000 or imprisonment for a term of two months or to both.”
The Senate, however, in its amendment, proposed N50,000 fines, instead of the N5,000 previously stated in the Act.
It stated, “A person who receives or obtains any fee contrary to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding N10,000 or imprisonment for a term of three months or to both.
“Every parent shall ensure that his child receives full-time education suitable to his age, ability and aptitude by regular attendance at schools.”
However, the Senate proposes, N100,000 in replacement of the N10,000.
The Senate proposed, “Section 3(2) of the Principal Act is amended by deleting N10,000 and inserting N100,000.”
Responding to this development, the Programme Coordinator for Basic Education at Reform Education, Nigeria, Ayodamola Oluwatoyin, in an interview with reporters, noted that while the move by the lawmakers seems commendable, there should be an investigation into the additional charges by the public schools across the country.

I have been using this platform for about four months, so the honeymoon phase is well behind me. I found it because of the lottery betting, but ended up staying for the casino as well. The gaming section is surprisingly large, with both lottery products and a full casino lobby.
Software comes from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution and Nolimit City. Gates of Olympus and Starburst are both here, though the selection is not as vast as a pure casino site. What makes it different is the lotto side: results from lotteries around the world are covered, including some enormous jackpot pools. Scratchcards and quick games fill out the rest.
The introductory bonus at Lottoland is region specific: typically a discounted first bet on a lottery draw. Deposit matches for the casino show up now and then, although the lotto side gets more attention. Latest offers and any active codes are worth checking on lottoland casino before you sign up. Rollover requirements are typical for the industry.
The deposit floor is friendly: lottery entries start from a pound. Payment methods include cards, PayPal and prepaid options. Withdrawals to PayPal came through within a day, bank transfers ran the usual few days. KYC was quick — passport photo cleared within the day.
The app is available on both iOS and Android, and the interface is clean. Lottery draws update in real time, and the casino games play fine on mobile too. Support is available via live chat and email, response times are reasonable. Dual licensed, Gibraltar and UK, meaning real consumer protection. A reliable option for lottery and light casino play.
Reading this back to back with a similar piece elsewhere made the quality difference obvious, and a stop at alpinestoneoutpost only widened the gap, comparing content side by side is a useful exercise and the gap between this site and average competitors in the space is large enough to be noticeable from the first paragraph.

Decided this was the kind of site I would defend in a discussion about good blog content, and a stop at securebuyingstore reinforced that, very few sites earn active defence rather than passive consumption and this one has clearly crossed that threshold for me without needing any explicit pitch from the writers themselves either.

Really like that there are no exclamation marks or all caps shouting throughout the post, and a quick visit to crystalcovevault maintained the same calm voice, restraint in punctuation signals confidence in the content and this site clearly trusts its substance to do the persuading rather than relying on typographic emphasis.

Lizenz ist Curacao, also keine deutsche GGL-Lizenz. Auszahlungen wurden nie verweigert.

Now setting up a small reminder to revisit the site on a slow day, and a stop at timbercovegoodsstore confirmed the reminder was a good idea, planning return visits is a small organisational act that signals trust in ongoing quality and this site has earned that planned return through consistent performance across the pieces I have read so far.
Been using Rolletto since late spring, so the initial novelty has worn off. Came across it while comparing promo codes, since I wanted somewhere that combines casino and sports without fuss. The catalogue at Rolletto runs well into the thousands, even though most of my time goes on a dozen games.
The software side is well covered: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. The popular titles are all present, although the crash games are surprisingly fun too. The live dealer area is Evolution, so you get Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and all the game shows. Betting on football and tennis is another option, handy for match days.
The starting promotion at Rolletto spreads across several deposits: deposit bonuses that stack up to a decent total. Wagering is 40x on the bonus, which is on the higher side but not extreme. Updated bonus terms and any active promotions are listed over at rolletto promo code before committing money. Reload offers and free spin drops come through often, so it is not just the welcome deal.
The deposit floor is low, around ten euros. Traditional payment methods are accepted, although the crypto options are the quickest route: BTC, ETH, USDT and several others. Payouts to the wallet arrived the same evening, fiat payouts were slower as expected. Document check took a single attempt — uploaded ID and a utility bill, cleared overnight.
I play on the phone via the site and load times are quick. You do not need to download anything, which honestly I prefer. Support responds in English on live chat and they are more helpful than most. They operate under a Curacao licence, which is worth knowing before you sign up. The main thing is withdrawals have never been refused.
Time spent here today felt productive in the way that good reading sessions sometimes do, and a stop at elmwillowemporium extended that productive feeling across the rest of the morning, the difference between productive reading and merely passing time is real and this site is consistently on the productive side for me lately.
Looking for similar voices elsewhere has come up empty in my recent searches, and a stop at uplandcoveoutlet extended the search frustration, the rare site that does what no other does in quite the same way is precious and this one has clearly developed a particular approach that I have not been able to find duplicates of.
Signed up at Lottoland since the start of summer, enough sessions to see how it actually works. I found it because of the lottery betting, though the slots pulled me in too. The game library goes deeper than you would think, mixing lottery betting with standard casino games.
Software comes from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution and Nolimit City. The top titles are easy to find, though the total count is lower than a standalone casino. Where Lottoland genuinely stands out is the lottery betting: you can bet on the outcome of dozens of international lotteries, with jackpots sometimes exceeding a billion. Instant win titles round things off.
The introductory bonus at Lottoland depends on where you are: usually a free lottery line or discounted entry. Deposit matches for the casino show up now and then, but the lottery offers are the main thing. The live bonus details are worth checking on lottoland before placing your first bet. Rollover requirements are typical for the industry.
You can start with as little as a pound: a pound gets you into a draw, ten for the casino. The usual cards plus PayPal are accepted. Withdrawals to PayPal came through within a day, card payouts took a bit longer. Document check went smoothly — passport photo cleared within the day.
Mobile works through a dedicated app, and it loads quickly. Draw results appear as they happen, and the slot section works well on the smaller screen. Customer service responds on chat, response times are reasonable. Holds licences from Gibraltar and the UKGC, so there is genuine oversight. A reliable option for lottery and light casino play.

Once I had read three posts the editorial pattern was clear, and a look at rainharborcollective confirmed the pattern from a fourth angle, sites where the underlying approach reveals itself through accumulated reading rather than being announced are sites with real depth and this one has that quality clearly visible across multiple pieces consistently.
