APC Youth Forum Dismisses Allegations against Tunji-Ojo, Ehindero – Ondo

9,494Posted inNews, Nigeria, Politics3 minutes

The Youths Forum of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Akoko North East/Akoko North West Federal Constituency of Ondo State yesterday dismissed an allegation that the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, disrupted the congress meant for delegates to decide the party’s candidate for the constituency by-election slated for February 3, 2024.

This is just as the youths of the constituency threw their weight behind the aspiration of Ife Ehindero, the son of a former Inspector General of Police (IG), Sunday Ehindero, to represent the constituency in the National Assembly.

The seat of the federal constituency became vacant in the House of Representatives following the resignation of the former lawmaker, Mr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, who was appointed as the Minister of Interior by President Bola Tinubu.

To this end, the APC youth forum in a statement signed by its Chairman, Tunji Kazeem said the allegation that the minister brought soldiers, men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, and over 500 political thugs to disrupt the congress was untrue and a calculated attempt to disrepute the former lawmaker.

The statement reads: “Our attention has been drawn to a piece of spurious news gaining prominence in just a section of the media that the distinguished Minister of Interior, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, disrupted the Congress meant for Delegates that will decide the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Akoko North East/Akoko North West Federal Constituency by-election.

“In the inaccurate and misleading news tapped from an unsigned letter said to be written by some faceless individuals under the auspices of concerned APC stakeholders in Akoko North East Local Government, it was wrongly alleged that the honourable minister brought soldiers, men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and over 500 political thugs to disrupt the congress.

“How would the minister deeply focused on making the citizenry enjoy the ease entrenched in passport application soil his hands in illegality?

“Evidently, the news is not only fictitious but a transparent display of insensitivity and fear of looming defeat that will betide the anti-democratic elements parading themselves as stakeholders. We find it important to state that no security operative disrupted the said Congress as we have overwhelming digital evidence that the congress was held peacefully without a modicum of violence and its ilk.”

According to the group, “this early sign of defeat is a harbinger of better times to come. We urge these combative simpletons to desist from maligning our performing Tunji-Ojo as well as refrain from weaving lies to discredit the widely accepted and popular Ife Ehindero. We must reaffirm the unwavering position of Tunji-Ojo in politics. He remains neutral and committed to upholding the principles of rule of law.

“However, Ehindero has carved a niche for himself and he deserves the vacant seat. As stakeholders in the APC, we assure the public that we won’t deign to spread falsehood like the wailing stakeholders bent on dishing out mendacious statements.”

Been using Revery Play for like two months now and figured I’d give my two cents on this. Signed up one evening out of boredom — min deposit is ?10 which wasn’t bad, deposited fifty quid and they matched with a matched deposit bonus up to ?500 and 200 free spins. Wagering is 35x which is pretty standard but manageable if you stick to slots.

Game selection is genuinely solid — Revery Play has over 3000 slots and table games from studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and Yggdrasil. I’ve been smashing Sweet Bonanza mainly — pulled a nice win on Sweet Bonanza the other night. Live casino section is powered by Evolution — Lightning Roulette is always packed, real croupiers and everything.

One thing I appreciate about Revery Play is how quick withdrawals are. I use my Visa and last cashout came through within less than a day. You can also use Mastercard plus other e-wallets if that’s your thing. You can check out the current promotions over at https://these3streams.uk before you sign up.

That said, it’s not all perfect. Customer support at Revery Play isn’t the fastest — was sitting there a good while on chat the other day. And the site on my phone runs okay though it feels a bit clunky versus some competitors. No standalone app, you just use the mobile browser.

Overall though, I keep coming back which says enough really. Revery Play is licensed and feels trustworthy enough. Being UK-based it’s a decent option — just be patient with their customer service speed.

Been playing at Revery Play for like six weeks or so and thought I’d give my two cents on this. Signed up one evening out of boredom — minimum deposit was just ten quid which seemed fair, threw in ?50 to start and they matched with a matched deposit bonus up to ?500 and 150 free spins on registration. Wagering is 40x which is pretty standard but manageable if you stick to slots.

Game selection is pretty stacked — they’ve got roughly 3000 slots and table games from providers like Play’n GO, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming. I’ve been smashing Gates of Olympus a lot — hit a decent 400x on Book of Dead recently. The live dealer stuff runs on Evolution — Lightning Roulette is always packed, streams are smooth.

The bit I appreciate about Revery Play is how quick withdrawals are. Paying with Neteller and last cashout landed in less than a day. There’s also Mastercard plus various e-wallets if that’s your thing. You can check out their full bonus page over at revery play if you’re interested.

Now, it’s not all perfect. Live chat at Revery Play isn’t the fastest — had to wait like 15 minutes on chat the other day. Also the mobile site works fine but it feels a bit clunky compared to some competitors. No dedicated app either, just the browser version.

Still, it hasn’t put me off so make of that what you will. Revery Play is properly licensed and seems legit. For UK players it’s a reasonable pick — just don’t expect their customer service speed.

E rispondono in italiano.

Ci trovi roba di Pragmatic Play tipo Sweet Bonanza e Gates of Olympus, e anche diverse slot di NetEnt e roba Play’n GO come Book of Dead.

Ekan talletuksen tein kympilla Skrillin kautta eika siina menny ku hetki. Se on semmonen asia mika ratkasee mulle aika paljon — hitaat maksut on dealbreaker.

Peleista taytyy sanoo etta on aika laaja. Lottoland vetaa sisaan peleja tunnetuilta tuottajilta niinku Pragmatic Play ja Evolution, eli laatua loytyy. Ite pyorittelin Book of Deadia jonku verran ja ihan ok palautuksia. Slotteja on ainakin pari sataa plus klassikot myos. Pieni miinus — filtterit ei oo paras mahdollinen, loytaa kylla mut vaatii klikkailua.

Live casinosta loytyy ihan kunnon livepoytia ja kokeilin Lightning Roulettea viikonloppuna. Toimii ilman patkimista puhelimella, eika tarvi erillista appia. Tervetuliaisbonuksesta puhuttaessa — ma sain talletusbonuksen ja paalle viela ilmaiskierroksia. Wagering oli jotain 30x mika on ihan standardi. Kannattaa lukee ehdot silti etukateen.

Nostot Lottolandista on menny mulle kohtuullisesti.

Lisenssi on kunnossa mika antaa tiettya turvaa.

Lottoland vetaa sisaan peleja isoilta pelintekijoilta esim. Pragmatic Play ja Big Time Gaming, joten tutut nimikkeet on paikalla. Ite pyorittelin Sweet Bonanzaa jonku verran ja muutama kiva voitto iski. Slotteja on varmaan satoja ja sit on blackjackia ja rulettia kans. Yks miinus tosin — pelien etsinta ei oo paras mahdollinen, valilla menee aikaa ettiessa.

Livepeleista loytyy ihan kunnon oikeita jakajia ja pelattiin Lightning Roulettea kaverin kaa. Striimi pelaa hyvin puhelimella, eika tarvi erillista appia. Bonuksista puhuttaessa — mulle tuli talletusbonuksen ja paalle viela ilmaiskierroksia. Wagering oli jotain 30x mika on ihan ok taso. Ehdot kannattaa vilkasta aina etukateen.

Kotiutukset Lottolandilta on menny mulle kohtuullisesti. E-lompakolla kesti alle vuorokausi ja korttimaksu otti pari paivaa. Ei mitaan kauheen erikoista mut ok. Loydat lisatietoa katevasti https://bullsbeachcabanas.com ennen ku rekisteroidyt.

Mobiilipelaaminen onnistuu suoraan selaimessa ilman appin asennusta. Sivusto latautuu nopeesti ja slotit toimii moitteetta. Lisenssi on kunnossa mika antaa tiettya turvaa.
