Trump designates Nigeria as ‘Country of Particular Concern’ over Christian genocide claims
US President Donald Trump on Friday designated Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern, in response to allegations of widespread persecution and genocide against Christians.
Writing on his Truth Social account, Trump stated that Christianity faces a serious threat in Nigeria.
The US leader also added Nigeria to a State Department watch list.
“Christianity is facing an existential threat in Nigeria. Thousands of Christians are being killed. Radical Islamists are responsible for this mass slaughter,” Trump wrote.
According to the US president, he was placing Nigeria, Africa’s top oil producer and most populous nation, on a “Countries of Particular Concern” list of nations the US deems to have engaged in religious freedom violations.
According to the State Department’s website, the list includes China, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, and Pakistan, among others.
Trump said he had asked US Representatives Riley Moore and Tom Cole, as well as the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee, to look into the matter and report back to him.

Been using Tenobet since roughly February, and I reckon I have a fair bit of experience to give an honest take. Found it through someone on another board who was after something with proper lobby depth without the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s genuinely big — somewhere around 4,000+ titles by my count, with the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I stick to Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which gets a bit of use from me for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough first, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet casino reviews before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have come through same day twice; card payouts took a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so you’re on mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone but an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
Been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, so I figure I have enough mileage to give an honest take. Came across it via someone on another board who wanted something with decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,500+ titles going by the counter, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s not the loosest to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. For the the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet login rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; cards were closer to three days. My main gripe was the verification — it took a day and a half to verify me, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Not a scam, just slow.
Few more things: no native app, so it’s the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on Android though an app would be nicer. The login can be a bit slow at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.

I’ve been playing at Tenobet for February, and I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of experience to say something useful. Came across it off a mate who was chasing somewhere with proper game coverage that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
The lobby is honestly massive — somewhere around 3,000+ games by my count, and the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.

Few more things: no native app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone but I do miss having one. Logging in is occasionally a bit slow at peak times. Support’s English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages read like templates. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
