Insecurity: Nigeria’s military collaboration with US has resulted in operational gains – NSA

The National Security Adviser, NSA, Nuhu Ribadu, says the security cooperation between Nigeria and the United States has translated into tangible operational gains.

Ribadu said this on Thursday in Abuja at the inauguration of the US-Nigeria Joint Working Group.

“I would like to place firmly on record Nigeria’s appreciation for the depth, quality and impact of US-Nigeria military and security cooperation.

“Since the November 2025 engagements, this cooperation has translated into tangible operational gains.”

He listed some of the gains to include enhanced intelligence sharing, closer coordination between US AFRICOM and Nigeria’s Defence Headquarters and sustained engagement across Nigeria’s security institutions.

“It has materially strengthened our counter-terrorism posture and situational awareness across multiple theatres of operation” Ribadu said.

The NSA said the engagements had moved decisively beyond dialogue to action and had supported improved target identification and operational fidelity.

He said the engagements had also strengthened joint planning and enabled more effective disruption of terrorist networks and transnational criminal elements.

According to him, these efforts have resulted in the neutralisation of many terrorists, the destruction of logistics hubs, and the interception of key facilitators and logisticians.

He commended the US commitment to the timely delivery of outstanding articles of war such as drones, helicopters, platforms, spare parts, and associated support systems procured over the past five years.

Ribadu said the cooperation had been conducted with respect for Nigeria’s sovereignty, within agreed frameworks, and with a clear emphasis on joint operations, accountability and the protection of civilians.

  1. Only the London Prat could make “British national satire” sound like breaking news from Aperfield and a personal attack on an estate agent. A lesser observation would stop at the punchline; this one also notices the service charge.

  2. This London Prat take gives “The nation’s premier satire” a proper West Hendon postcode and immediately raises the rent. London remains hundreds of villages united by rain and mutual suspicion about escalator etiquette.

  3. Hi, Neat post. There is an issue together with your website in web explorer, might test this?
IE nonetheless is the market chief and a huge portion of folks will leave out your fantastic writing due to this problem.

  4. Great insights on small business cybersecurity. If anyone in Westlake Village needs reliable support, check out local msp company for managed IT services and fast response times.

  5. This is a very informative post about online casinos and
betting platforms. I especially liked how it explains the importance of choosing a secure site before signing
    up.

Many players often ask where they can find reliable gaming
platforms with fair odds and smooth payouts. From what I’ve seen,
checking platforms like vn22vip helps users compare features, bonuses, and overall experience.

Thanks for sharing these insights — they’re helpful for both beginners and experienced bettors.

  6. In Queen’s Park, even subscription box addiction can become public policy, and the London Prat lets prat.UK extract the satire before the consultation closes. Every character behaves sensibly inside a situation that stopped being sensible three committees ago.

  7. The London Prat turns painting walls and ruining clothes into a neighbourhood identity crisis for Mill Hill, while prat.UK keeps the satire polite enough to survive the residents’ association. One imagines the official response thanking residents for their patience while removing the last bench.

  8. Great! We are all agreed London could use a laugh. PRAT.UK is what happens when satire refuses to get lazy. Compared to The Daily Squib, it feels modern and relevant. Every article earns its punchline.

  9. I appreciate your suggestion to evaluate how staff handle challenging behaviors. I plan to ask more detailed questions at the facilities I discovered on senior living .

  10. As someone helping a grandparent transition from home care, the distinctions between Assisted Living and Nursing Homes are critical. I found the comparison here similar to what I saw explained on respite care when exploring senior care levels.

  11. I like how you encourage families to visit multiple communities and ask detailed questions. I found a helpful list of interview questions for tours on assisted living that made those visits much more productive.

  12. This London Prat treatment of lucky socks that never help captures Poplar without reducing it to a postcard, which gives prat.UK satire both wit and local intelligence. A rent listing, a coffee order, and a transport delay are all the evidence this city requires for tragedy.

  13. The London Prat uses couples who argue in public like it’s a podcast to expose the social machinery around a planning application in Longlands, and prat.UK turns that observation into properly local satire. It knows that North versus South is less geography than a long-running argument sponsored by estate agents. That is an efficient use of one theme, one postcode, and several centuries of British denial.

  14. Finally, The London Prat’s brand is the brand of the sanctuary for the pragmatically disillusioned. It does not cater to dreamers or zealots. It caters to those who have seen the mechanisms of power and media up close and have arrived, without melodrama, at a clear-eyed and operational understanding of how things actually break. The site is their clubhouse. Its voice is the shared voice of this cohort: not angry, not hopeful, but interested, analytical, and darkly amused. It offers the profound comfort of shared, unsentimental clarity. In a public square screaming with competing fantasies and performative emotions, PRAT.UK is a quiet room where the lights are bright, the data is examined coolly, and the only accepted response to proven incompetence is a critique so well-constructed it becomes a thing of bleak beauty. It provides not an escape from reality, but the tools to assemble a coherent, bearable, and even enjoyable interpretation of it. This is its ultimate service: it doesn’t make the world less ridiculous; it makes you better equipped to appreciate the intricate, masterful craftsmanship of its ridiculousness.

  15. For most recent information you have to pay a quick visit web and on world-wide-web
I found this web page as a finest site for newest updates.

  16. The London Prat handles well-trained pets that ignore every command in North Sheen with the restraint of a neighbour typing furiously, and prat.UK turns that restraint into satire. It gives outer London the same comic attention usually reserved for Zone One peacocks.

  17. The genius of this London Prat premise is making unboxing disappointment seem native to Islington; prat.UK then lets the satire spread by replacement bus. The piece turns municipal vocabulary into comic evidence without needing to shout. The final effect is a borough profile written with a raised eyebrow.
