Rivers: Why I said some dogs bark – Fubara

Dog barks only when it doesn’t understand – Fubara blows hot

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has urged his supporters to remain calm amid the face-off between him and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.

Speaking at the New Year banquet held on Thursday at the government house in Port Harcourt, the governor said they are not making noise because they understand the situation.

According to him, those who are “barking” are doing so because they don’t understand.

He assured his supporters that everything is in place to ensure the smooth running of his administration and his re-election bid.

He said, “Don’t be disturbed by what is happening. Caesar in one of his quotes said, the only reason the dog barks is when it doesn’t understand.

“If you have a dog in your house and it knows you, does it need to bark? So when the dog starts backing maybe it is seeing something it doesn’t understand.

“We are not barking because we understand. We know where we are going and we have set all the things that are needed to make the journey smooth”.

  1. Honest reaction is that I want to send this to a friend who would benefit from it, and a look at geteventclipboard added more material I will pass along too, the impulse to share is the strongest signal I have for content quality and this site is generating that impulse cleanly across multiple posts.

  2. Appreciated how the post felt complete without overstaying its welcome, and a stop at kryvoxcapital confirmed that economical approach runs across the site, knowing when to stop is a skill many writers never develop but here the discipline is obvious and welcome from the perspective of a busy reader trying to learn things efficiently.

  3. The pacing of the post was just right, never rushed and never dragged out unnecessarily, and a look at dailyshoppingexperience maintained the same rhythm, you can tell the writer has experience because the difficult skill of pacing is something only practiced writers manage to handle well in long form content over time and across formats.

  4. A satisfying piece in the way that good meals are satisfying rather than just filling, and a look at vixarotrustgroup extended that satisfaction, the metaphor between content and meals is one I find useful and this site reads as a satisfying meal rather than the empty calories that most content provides for casual readers.

  6. Solid value packed into a relatively short post, that takes skill, and a look at vexarocapital continues the dense useful content across more pages, this site clearly understands that respecting reader time is itself a form of generosity which is something most blog operations seem to have forgotten lately across the wider open web.

  7. Reading this gave me a small jolt of recognition for an experience I thought was just mine, and a stop at plivoxline produced more such jolts, content that universalises private experiences without flattening them is doing genuinely useful work and this site is providing that recognition function for me reliably across topics I read.

  8. Bookmark folder reorganised slightly to make this site easier to find, and a look at thedemocracyroadshow earned the same accessibility upgrade, the small organisational moves I make for sites I expect to return to often are themselves a signal of how much I trust them and this site triggered those moves naturally.

  10. Thanks again for the post, I learned a couple of things I can actually use later this week, and after I went over xanerocore the rest of the site looked equally promising, definitely going to spend more time here when I get a free moment over the weekend to read more carefully.

  11. So — have been messing about with this thing for maybe five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so figured I’d say something since a mate asked me last week. Am based in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I’m coming from.

The reason I started using it was actually a bit daft — I could never work out what an ew payout would be when the place terms changed. I’d just eyeball it and get a shock. These days I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator is the part I open most — you put in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return straight away, either odds format. It also handles the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15s, a yankee, which is where I always mess it up. Have a go yourself, it’s here matched odds calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

One thing that actually shifted things for me were the geekier tools. They’ve got an implied probability calculator and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is far too aggressive. The dutching one is handy too when I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. Its design looks pretty plain — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it’s fine but the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. There’s no proper app, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. Anyone who honestly works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — saves me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

  12. So — been using this thing for maybe six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. I’m UK based, mostly stick to footie and the horses, small stakes, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was actually embarrassing — I couldn’t ever work out what an e/w return actually was when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and get a shock. Now punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I open most — you put in stake and odds and it spits out returns instantly, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — trebles maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, honestly that’s where I’d always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here free single bet calculator — free, no signup.

One thing that genuinely shifted things for me were the nerdier bits. The implied probability calculator which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, plus a kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator gets used a fair bit when I’m spreading across selections.

Couple of gripes. Its layout is a bit basic — no frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it works but the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. And nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Free, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If you even now does the maths on paper, try it — saves me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

  13. Really appreciate the confidence to make a clear point rather than hedging everything, and a quick visit to plivoxstore maintained the same direct stance, writing that takes positions rather than equivocating is more useful even when the positions are debatable because at least the reader has something to react to clearly.

  14. Reading this gave me confidence to make a decision I had been putting off, and a stop at cavarounion reinforced that confidence, content that translates into action in my own life rather than just informing it is content with the highest practical value and this site is generating that action level utility for me lately.

  15. So — been on this thing for maybe a few months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mainly stick to footie and the horses, small stakes, just so you know where I’m coming from.

How I found it was actually pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever work out what an e/w return would be once you get five places instead of three. I’d just guess and moan when the payout landed. Now I type the odds in before every slip, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator is the part I open most — you put in your stake, the odds and you get returns straight away, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the multiples — acca and treble returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, which is where most people I know mess it up. Have a go yourself, it’s here lucky 15 and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely shifted things for me were the geekier bits. They’ve got an implied probability thing that shows the overround, and there’s the kelly staking calculator — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutching one is handy too if I’m spreading across selections.

It’s not perfect mind. Its layout is pretty plain — zero flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s fine but the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And no app, it’s browser only — fine by me just flagging it.

So yeah. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If you still works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — it’s saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

  16. Closed the laptop after this and let the ideas settle for a few hours, and a stop at ulvirobondgroup similarly rewarded reflective time, content that benefits from sitting with rather than racing past is the kind I want more of and the kind that this site appears to consistently produce week after week here.

  17. A clear cut above the usual noise on the subject, and a look at suzgilliessmith only made that gap wider in my view, the kind of place that earns its visitors through quality rather than through aggressive marketing or sponsored placements which is increasingly the only way most sites stay afloat across the modern web.

  18. A piece that built up gradually rather than front loading its main points, and a look at navirotrust maintained the same gradual structure, content that trusts the reader to reach conclusions through accumulating reasoning is more persuasive than content that announces conclusions and then defends them and this site uses the persuasive approach.

  19. Well done, the kind of post that makes you slow down and actually read instead of skimming for keywords, and a look at cavix kept me reading carefully too, that is a sign of writing that has been crafted rather than churned out for an algorithm to see today and tomorrow.

  20. Now noticing that the post benefited from being neither too short nor too long for its content, and a look at korivotrust continued that calibration of length, sites that match length to content rather than padding to hit some target are sites that respect both their material and their readers and this site does both.

  21. Felt like the post had been edited rather than just drafted and published, and a stop at easydigitalretail suggested the same care across the site, the difference between edited and unedited content is enormous for the reader and this site has clearly invested in the editing pass that most blogs skip entirely which really does show up.

  22. Such writing is increasingly rare and worth supporting through attention, and a stop at newlywedstour extended that supportive attention across more pages, the conscious choice to spend time on sites that produce careful work rather than convenient consumption is itself a small form of patronage and this site is receiving that conscious patronage from me.

  23. Now I want to find more sites like this but I suspect they are rare, and a look at kavioncore extended that thought, the few sites that meet this quality bar are precious specifically because they are rare and finding others like them is one of the ongoing projects of careful internet curation across the years.

  24. Now considering whether the post would translate well into a different form, and a look at torivotrustco suggested similar versatility, content that could move into other media without losing its substance is content that has been built around ideas rather than around format and this site reads as idea first throughout posts.

  25. A piece that exhibited the kind of patience that good writing requires, and a look at clyra continued that patient quality, hurried writing is easy to spot and this site reads as having been written without time pressure which produces a different feel than the rushed content that dominates much of the modern blog space.

  26. Glad the writer kept this short rather than padding it out, the points stand on their own without needing extra context, and a look at ulviontrust kept the same approach going, brevity is a sign of confidence in the substance and the team here clearly trusts their content to land without filler.

  27. Liked the way the post got out of its own way, and a stop at xelra extended that invisible craft, the best writing you barely notice while reading because it is doing its work without drawing attention to itself and this site has clearly mastered that disappearing act across the pieces I have read.

  28. mostbet fogadási bónusz https://www.mostbet62933.shop

  29. Now feeling that this site is the kind I want to make sure does not disappear, and a look at zavirobond reinforced that quiet protective feeling, the rare sites whose disappearance would actually matter to me are the sites I want to support through return visits and recommendations and this one has joined that small protected list.

  30. During a reading session that included several other sources this one stood out, and a look at plivoxcapital continued the standout quality, the side by side comparison of sources during research is a useful exercise and this site has been winning those comparisons for me consistently across multiple research sessions during the last week.

  31. Found a couple of useful angles in here I had not considered before reading carefully, and a quick stop at ulvionline added more, this is one of those sites where the value compounds the more you read rather than peaking at one viral post and then offering nothing else of substance afterwards which is common.

  32. Came across this and immediately thought of a friend who would enjoy it, and a stop at navirobonding also reminded me of someone, content that triggers the urge to share is content that has earned my recommendation and this site has earned multiple from me already across different conversations during the week.

  33. Now wishing I had found this site sooner, and a look at discoverstrategicoptions extended that mild regret, the calculation of how many years of good content I missed by not finding the right sources earlier is one I try not to make too often but it does come up sometimes when I find sites this good.

  34. Reading this slowly because the writing rewards a slower pace, and a stop at jonathanfinngamino did the same, the pace at which I read content is something I now use as a quality signal and writing that earns a slower pace earns my attention as a reader looking for substance these days.

  35. This stands out compared to similar posts I have read recently, less noise and more substance, and a look at qorivocore kept that gap going, you can really feel the difference between content made by someone who cares versus content made to fill a publishing schedule for an algorithm trying to keep growing somehow.

  36. So — have been messing about with this thing for something like a few months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am UK based, generally stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

How I found it was honestly pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an e/w payout actually came to once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d guess and then be surprised. These days I punch the numbers in before every slip, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the bit I’m on daily — you put in your stake, the odds and it spits out returns with no faffing, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — acca and treble maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, which is where I always lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at match bet calc and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

What genuinely changed how I bet were the geekier bits. They’ve got an implied probability calculator which shows you the overround, and a kelly staking calculator — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent if I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. Its interface looks very functional, let’s say — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s usable but the acca grid are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, just the site — fine by me but you asked.

So yeah. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does what it says. Anyone who honestly works out returns on a calculator app, try it — saves me a load of arguments with the bookie.

  37. OK — been on this thing for something like six months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, nothing mad, for context.

What got me on it was actually embarrassing — I never could figure out what an ew return actually was with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d eyeball it and then be surprised. Now I stick my stake in first, every time, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out the return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — acca and treble returns, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where I always mess it up. Have a go yourself, it’s over at calculate each way bet and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

The thing that really made a difference were the nerdier bits. They’ve got an odds-to-probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly as the full version is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent when I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. Its design is very functional, let’s say — zero polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it’s fine although the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. There’s no proper app, it’s browser only — fine by me but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, barely any ads, works. If you even now adds it up in their head, try it — saves me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

  38. Honestly slowed down to read this carefully which is not my default, and a look at torivomarket kept me in that careful reading mode, the kind of writing that demands attention by being worth attention is rare in a media environment full of content engineered to be skimmed not read with any real focus today.

  39. Decided to subscribe to the RSS feed if there is one, and a stop at thermonuclearwar confirmed that decision, content that I want delivered to me proactively rather than just remembered when I have time is content that has earned a higher level of commitment from me as a reader looking for reliable sources.

  40. Really clear writing, the kind that makes you want to share the link with someone who has been asking about the topic, and a quick browse through morixotrust only made me more sure of that, the information here stays useful long after the first read is done which says a lot.

  42. During the time spent here I noticed the absence of the usual distractions, and a stop at plavextrustco extended that distraction free experience, content that does not fight my attention with pop ups and modals and aggressive prompts is content that respects me and this site has clearly chosen the respectful approach throughout.

  43. Right — been using this thing for maybe five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d write something up since a mate asked me last week. I’m based in the UK, generally bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, for context.

What got me on it was genuinely pretty stupid — I could never get my head round what an each way payout actually was once you get five places instead of three. I’d just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. These days I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a simple single bet.

Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — you put in your stake, the odds and it spits out the return instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, honestly that’s where I’d always got it wrong. Have a go yourself, it’s over at ew lucky 15 bet calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

One thing that actually shifted things for me is the more serious tools. There’s an probability thing and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and a kelly criterion tool — I use half kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutching one is decent if I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. The design looks pretty plain — not much frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it works although the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but you asked.

So yeah. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. Anyone who even now works out returns on a calculator app, try it — it’s saved me a load of arguments with the bookie.

  44. Will be back, that is the simplest way to say it, and a quick visit to mdcantaffordjealous reinforced the decision, this site has earned a spot in my regular rotation alongside a few other reliable places I check when I want something genuinely informative without all the usual modern web noise getting in the way.

  45. Bookmark added in three places to make sure I do not lose the link, and a look at mivarotrustgroup got the same redundant treatment, sites I am afraid to lose are the rare keepers and this is clearly one of them based on what I have read so far across this and a couple of related posts.

  46. Glad the writer did not feel compelled to cover every possible angle of the topic, focus is a virtue, and a stop at xaneroline reflected the same disciplined scope, knowing what to leave out is half of what makes good writing good and this post has clearly been edited with that principle in mind.

  47. I really like how the writer keeps the tone friendly without sounding fake or overly polished, and after a stop at ulvarotrust the same calm pace was there, no rushing to make a point and no padding either, just clean honest writing that I can respect and come back to later again.

  48. Worth your time, that is the simplest endorsement I can give, and a stop at qerly extends that endorsement across the rest of the site, this is one of those increasingly rare places that delivers on what it promises rather than over selling the content and under delivering on substance every time which I find frustrating elsewhere.
